General Party Information
Guarantee
A final confirmation or guaranteed number of guests must be received by
11:00 am two working days prior to the day of the function and may not be lowered
after this date. Should SOPRANOS not receive the guarantee by this deadline, we will use
the expected number of guests from the event contract as the guarantee and set for 10%
over this number. The function will be billed per the guarantee or the
actual number of guests served, whichever is greater.
Gratuity & Sales Tax
A 20% service charge and the current 9.25% sales tax will be applied to
all food and beverage sales.
Reservation Fee
A Non-Refundable deposit of 30%, or a minimum of $300.00, of the estimated
function cost is due at the time of reservation.
Room Minimums
Minimum food and beverage charges are required for exclusive use of
SOPRANOS Private Wine Cellar as opposed to a room charge. These minimums will
be confirmed at the time the function is scheduled. These amounts differ depending
on time of day and day of the week. If these minimums are not met, then the
difference will be added to your master account.
Customized Menu Cards
We can provide a customized menu card at each place setting for $0.50 per card.
Audio Visual
Audio visual rental can be arranged. Please inquire about availability and pricing.
Parking
Parking is available at $7.00/car. Parking charges can be added to
your master account.
Customized Menus
Beyond our standard menu offerings, we are happy to custom design lunch, dinner and
cocktail reception menus based upon your specific goals and requirements. Please
inquire about these special dining opportunities when planning your event.
Flowers
We will be pleased to assist you with any floral or décor requirements you may have.
Sopranos will set-up any ordered items for you at no additional charge. However, if
outside items are brought in and Sopranos is responsible for any set-up then a fee
will be charged to your master account.
