Since it's inception in 1998, Sopranos Restaurant has been under the totalage of Georgia Demacopoulos. She has worked in the restaurant industry for over twenty years. It was her goal to integrate Sopranos back into it's lively Lakeview community---being the place locals retreat to for their favorite Italian meal. Georgia is grateful to support her community by working closely with the Chicago Cubs Clubhouse, the Apollo and the Briar Street Theatres and recently Broadway in Chicago. She is constantly looking for different avenues to bring in new customers----We know they will be hooked!!!

       Fun Facts-- Cousin of Nia Vardalos, writer and actor of the smash hit, "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" and mother of two daughters.
